In addition to continuous technical support, SUBOR provides foreign financing support that is needed by municipalities and public establishments for their drinking water, sewer or irrigation  projects, with an aim to realize the projects in the shortest possible time and to shorten the payback period of the investment. 

For instance, SUBOR provided the funds for financing of GAP Yaylak Plain Irrigation Project (total 108 km. GRP pipe, diameter 700 mm. and 2100 mm.), and Bandırma Municipality Drinkining Water Project (total 66 km. GRP Pipe, diameter 900 mm. and 1400 mm.) in Turkey in the form of export credit from Norway.
